Q&A

Can I bring a date/guest/plus one?

We are unable to accommodate additional guests due to venue capacity. Your invitation indicates the number of seats that have been reserved in your honor, so a "plus one" will be indicated if you receive one.

If there is a discrepancy in the number of seats we have allocated for you, please text Courtney (201-982-1961). We look forward to celebrating with closest family and friends that we have formally invited.

Are kids invited?

No. Our venue is unable to accommodate children and we look forward to enjoying food, drinks, and music with the closest adults in our life. If you are unable to arrange childcare for the night, kindly RSVP "no". We will miss your presence, but will be sure to share pictures of the night with you!

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Our wedding is a black tie event. For reference, guests commonly choose floor-length gowns and suits or tuxedos and dress shoes with this dress code.

Please do not wear sneakers (even designer/expensive ones), jeans, t-shirts.

For additional information on black tie attire, please refer to:

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, the American Ceremony at the Tides will be outdoors.

Everything else is indoors.

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

What if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Unfortunately, we will be marking unanswered invitations as "no". It is imperative that we receive RSVPs on time so that we can ensure the correct amount of food, chairs, and organize the seating chart.

Is there a registry I can contribute to?

We appreciate all gifts that our family and friends want to give to us! Please feel free to click on the 'registry' page.

What if I'm running late?

Unfortunately, we will be unable to seat any guests once the ceremonies have started. Please make your best effort to arrive at the Coptic Ceremony no later than 3:30pm and the American Ceremony no later than 6pm
